About Turning Point Foundation
Turning Point Foundation is a distinguished Non-Government Organization (NGO) in Bangladesh, dedicated to empowering marginalized communities—including persons with disabilities, ethnic minorities, and other disadvantaged groups—through capacity building and advocacy. Our mission is to champion the human rights of these communities and integrate inclusion as a core principle across all programmes and initiatives. As an independent, non-profit organisation, TurningPoint operates without any religious or political affiliations, ensuring a steadfast commitment to creating inclusive opportunities for all.
Building on this strong legacy, Turning Point Foundation is now evolving into a leading organisation harnessing Artificial Intelligence (AI) to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in Bangladesh. We are leveraging AI to create smarter, scalable, and more accessible solutions that enhance social impact and strengthen community resilience.
Our work focuses on digital empowerment through AI-driven skills development, accessible technologies, and innovative platforms that expand opportunities for OPDs, grassroots organisations, and individuals across the country. We support people and institutions to build digital capabilities so that no one is left behind in an increasingly technology-driven world.
We also apply AI to improve Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), strengthen climate resilience through data-driven insights, and enhance advocacy for persons with disabilities and other vulnerable groups. AI for Digital Empowerment
We empower marginalized communities through AI-driven digital literacy, skills development, and inclusive employment pathways. AI for SRHR
We advance Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) by using AI and digital platforms to deliver inclusive, accessible, and personalised health information and support. AI for Climate Justice
We apply AI-powered data analysis and predictive modelling to help vulnerable communities understand climate risks, strengthen resilience, and participate actively in climate action. Our work promotes equitable adaptation, ensuring marginalised groups remain informed, protected, and central to sustainable climate solutions across Bangladesh.
